Sure you get the day off from work, but do you think we are taking a day off from you?  Heck no!  The nOg Run Club is a labor of love.  We'll see you for a run or walk at 6.  We'll see if your brain is working at 7 when we play trivia!

Come out for Minute to Win It, nOg Run Cub style!  Complete the given task in one minute or less, and you win a free beer, possibly fame, and at the very least -- a high five.  Run walk at 6 p.m., followed by Minute to Win It at 7 p.m.  

If you want your attendance counted for your free gear after 10 and 25 runs, you will need to purchase a $1 nOg Run Club key tag since we have now officially done away with the paper sign-in system.

The Lesedi Project is our charity for September. The project is sponsored by Balega Sports sock company, and the goal is to build a playground for visually- and physically-impaired children in South Africa. Any nOg runner who brings a $5 donation will receive a spiffy Fleet Feet pint glass! You can put 16 oz. of glorious beer in it!
