The nOg Run Club, creators of the fairly epic St. Paddy’s 4 Miler and Oktoberfest 4 Miler, invite you to join us for the 8th running of the Flip Flop 1K. Help us raise some money for some amazing local organizations and don your best flip flops and shorts for a day of running (or walking) and friendly fun in downtown Cary.

We will not be trying to reclaim our Guiness Book of World Records title, but we do hope to raise money for the charities and organizations we partner with. Sign up and come enjoy a lovely Saturday with us at Bond Brothers Beer Company!

Every registered participant will receive a UNISEX polyblend shirt (not guaranteed after May 16th) and the first 1,600 people will receive the commemorative medal magnet.
Additional Details
- Shirts are not guaranteed after May 16th. Extra shirts will be ordered but sizes not guaranteed. If we are out of your size shirt, please wear a blue shirt to the event.
- We highly encourage you to pick up on Thursday or Friday to help cut down the line event morning
